i am failing to upgrade our smartzone 100 to the latest version we recently bought it but cannot upgrade it

Hello Kgosi,
When planning an upgrade, start at the version you want to end up on, and review the
Release Notes, ie. 3.2.1.0.163 (GA).

Page 21-21 has Upgrade Path, and says you can upgrade from 3.0.4.0.667 (MR4).
But we did not publish/post a build .663 which you are inquiring about. Where did you
get the firmware running on your SCG(?).

sorry typo it 667 not 663 can i directly upgrade to 3.2.1

Hi Kgosi,
can you give the file name you have, as SCG and SZ have different files.
for SZ100 it should start with scge and end with .ximg

scge-installer_3.2.1.0.163.ximg that is the file name
