Unable to Receive MQTT Data from Ruckus Controller Northbound Streaming Interface

I’m trying to collect Ruckus controller data through MQTT on my VPS.

Here’s what I’ve set up:

I enabled the Northbound Streaming Interface (NBI) on the Ruckus controller.
I deployed an MQTT broker on my VPS, using the same username and password configured in the controller.
The connection appears to be configured correctly, but I’m unable to subscribe to or receive any data from the controller’s MQTT publisher.

Why can’t my MQTT broker receive data from the Ruckus controller publisher, even though authentication settings match?
