Apple devices connection issues with "Limit IP Address Tracking" turned on

In testing vSZ-E installation have noticed if "Limit IP Address Tracking" is turned on on our iPhones web pages are very, very slow to load and/or don't load at all.

In addition, the Guest Access Portal page fails to activate the browser and/or display in the browser.

Controller Version: 7.0.0.0.956

Thanks for reaching out to Ruckus.

Please try the below options:-

1:-Disable Limit IP Address Tracking

2:-Enable “Bypass CNA” (Captive Network Assistant)--

In your WLAN settings on vSZ, look for a “Bypass CNA” option (or similar wording).

Enabling it can force the captive portal to show even when iOS fails to auto-launch it.
