    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Csheward,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out to Ruckus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the below options:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1:-Disable Limit IP Address Tracking&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2:-Enable “Bypass CNA” (Captive Network Assistant)--&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your WLAN settings on vSZ, look for a “Bypass CNA” option (or similar wording).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enabling it can force the captive portal to show even when iOS fails to auto-launch it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Pranav Anand | Senior Technical Support Engineer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In testing vSZ-E installation have noticed if&amp;nbsp;"Limit IP Address Tracking" is turned on on our iPhones web pages are very, very slow to load and/or don't load at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition, the Guest Access Portal page fails to activate the browser and/or display in the browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Controller Version:&amp;nbsp;7.0.0.0.956&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
