Hi we have a second controller offline(follower)

Upon reviewing the cluster configuration, we identified the primary issue with SZ104-2 (Follower). Attempts to start the service were unsuccessful, and all services remain down. The logs indicated the following errors:

Are you seeing this error message with the console access?

Do you have cluster backup collected?

What is the status of the "status LED" on the controller?

What is the controller version?
