Hi,

How can I use all network ports on SmartZone 100 appliances?

For example, the SFP+ ports on SmartZone 124: The manual does not state in which mode the SFP+ ports operate. Are they in active-standby? Are they connected to a virtual bridge?

I would like to connect the SFP+ ports in LAG configuration to two switches in MLAG / MCT config.

Can you please advise?

Hi GreensTheorem,

Thank you for writing to the RUCKUS Community Forum.

Please note that the SZ100 does not support Link Aggregation (LAG). However, the SFP+ ports can be connected to a switch, utilizing Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) on the switch to block one of the 10G ports. This provides a redundancy link as a workaround.

I hope this answers your query.
