Smartzone 144 firmware version 5.2.2 but AP patch running 6.1.2

Hi All,

I am trying to replace my access point to H550.

But I found that H550 not support in version 5.2.2.
So I would you like to know can i upload AP patch version 6.1.2 to SZ144 instead of upgrade SZ144?

Hi Tom,

Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Support via the Community Forum.

Please be informed that the AP patch for version 6.1.2 cannot be applied to a SmartZone 144 (SZ144) running version 5.2.2, as it is a lower version than 6.1.2.
You will need to first upgrade the SZ144 to version 6.1.2 and then apply the AP patch.
