Bonjour GW on SZ100

Hi community!
I have two different vlans - 250 (for users) and 370 (for AppleTV). I configured my SZ100 according to the manual, but the service does not work - I see AppleTV on my Iphone, but when I try to connect, I get an error about the device unavailable.

There are Cisco and HP switches between the devices with igmp-snooping disabled. AppleTV have a wired connection to switch. Have any ideas why it does not work?

Hi Sergey,

Bonjour gateway service only helps to discover the device using mDNS packets between two different VLANs.

If you are able to discovery the Apple TV but unable to connect to it then it could be a different issue related to the network.

Try to ping the IP address of the AppleTV from your device and see if it is working fine.

I also see that you have only configured rule from VLAN 370 to 250 but not the vice-versa. Any specific reason for this?

I suggest creating bi-directional rules for all the services and VLANs.
