    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have user reports network performance slow and have a huge packet loss during the VC meeting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are using R730 + SmartZone 100, we have try to fine tune the tx power, but no improvement, TX power is relate to roaming only?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any troubleshoot step should we perform?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Johnhk215,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For troubleshooting performance issue we would need more details:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the SZ version?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the wlan configuration and Zone configuration?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;changing Tx power to manual should be done based on site survey report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;For roaming you can use 802.11r (fast roaming)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Pranav Anand | Senior Technical Support Engineer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
