Hi,

We are using VSZ - Essential 3.6.1.0.227 and about a week ago it is no longer showing the correct details of the access points, mesh role of external APs T310D is showing as Disabled instead of RAP for hardwired and MAP for meshed APs, although the role is enabled and set to automatic meshing. The second thing, it does not show the total of connected client devices, it shows Zero, although devices are connected and able to surf the internet.

The access points firmware version is 3.6.1.0.354.

Could you please confirm if you have tried in different browser?
Is the issue seen in all the APs ?

Yes I already tired in another browser, the same issue, it is not a browser related issue:

Please execute the below commands on controller CLI

vSZ# debug

vSZ(debug)# reindex-elasticsearch-all
Start to reindex ElasticSearch, may need few minutes...
Successful operation

Hi Ambika,

The problem was with some security ports we closed, we had to whitelist them with some static IPs. Now, everything is back to normal.
