Unable to reboot the AP. Reason: Failed to execute command on AP !.

Hi all, we are with vSZ 6.1.1, we would like to reboot the AP (R650) from web console recently, but it returns "Unable to reboot the AP. Reason: Failed to execute command on AP !.". We also cannot deploy new setting to the APs.

We have no idea how to troubleshoot it. It will be great if someone can give us some hints =))))

What we found now is all the "Last Seen" date of APs are future!!
i.e. today is 06Mar, the last seen date are all 09May. =(((

Hi @SRL ,

Could you please confirm the following :-

1. Whether the AP configuration status is showing "Up-to-date" from SZ GUI?

2. Please login to AP CLI and share the output of "get scg"

Hi @SRL ,

Thanks, I don't see the AP discovering any SZ and that's why you are not able to manage it from SmartZone. Please enter the following AP CLI command - set scg ip < IP address of SZ >

After this, wait for sometime for AP to appear as up-to-date on SZ and let me know accordingly.

1. get scg

2. get syslog log

3. get rpki-cert issuer
