Hi,

We have a Sz144 with firmware version 6.1.2 that not showing any AP.

Our AP's are R350 and R650.

Hi Elnoor,

Thank you for writing to us. I can understand from your statement that APs(R350 & R650) are disconnected from the controller .(please correct me if I am wrong)

Please share me the following details to better understand the issue:

- When you encountered this issue, is this was working fine or you are deploying a new AP?
- Are you able to ping the controller from the AP?
- TCP 22 and TCP 443 is open?
- Total number of AP connected to the controller?
- How many APs are affected?
- Are those APs showing as offline/ there are no entries on AP page?

Please share me the following output from the AP:
- get scg
- get version
- get rpki-cert issuer

Please let us know if there is anything you want to add for my understanding on this issue.

deploying a new AP (QTY=42 AP)2-Are you able to ping the controller from the AP ?

Thank you for the information, I would request you to verify the license count on the controller(should be enough to support 42 APs)

If DHCP opt 43 is not enabled, please access the AP CLI and manually assign controller IP on the AP:
- set scg ip <ip-addr>

If they are not joining with this, please share me the following output from the AP CLI:
- get scg
- get version
- get rpki-cert issuer

Note: AP will reboot again after joining the controller (when joining first time for downloading the Image)
