      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Ruckus,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using R650 and i am getting ping when directly connected to the Access points but after adding in vsz not getting the ap ping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please give a appropriate solution i have to monitor it with nms&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &amp;amp; Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mohd Faijan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Faijan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you say directly connected are you saying it on standalone or you are connected to SSID on that AP. Also, can you let me know what type of SSID are you using to ping the AP when connected to vSZ.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/19952"&gt;@Mohd_Faijan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I understand correctly, the AP shows 'online' status in the vSZ, also, from the vSZ or from the wired network the AP responds to ping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is only when trying to ping the AP from a wireless client?&lt;BR /&gt;In that case please let us know the VLAN of those SSIDs and also the VLAN of the AP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
