&lt;P&gt;The event is just a message logged into the vSZ UI event to inform that the clients were having issue connecting to 5ghz and default threshold kept is 25. You would need to share AP support log and if you are using Ruckus AI from there we can have a clear picture of why this is happening.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&amp;nbsp; I have a question&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;event code &lt;STRONG&gt;334&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;AP [R710@XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX] cleared [5GHz]connection failurehealth[0], which is no loger past the threshold[25].&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The above incident happened to me, and then the AP became abnormal and could not work normally. why?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to adjust the threshold?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
