Ruckus Smartzone WebUI Down

My Ruckus Smartzone Web UI is down. Not sure how to get it back up. It also seems like all the services aren't running? I just rebooted as well and this is what they're saying:

I tried to run the command service restart and it didn't help!

Any other ideas for me?

How long has it been like this after the reboot?
Before reboot were the services showing offline as well?
After reboot the services will take about 15-20 minutes to come up. if it is not coming up then I would recommend you to open a support case so that we can recover it.
