Hi Mems,

I try to find out the default license come with smartzone sz100 and sz144 but did not found anything.

So what is default license come with sz100 & sz144? And upgrade license path?

Hi,

By default, SZ144 has 25 permanent licenses, no temporary licenses. The SZ100 has 1000 temporary licenses and is valid for 90 days.

No, resetting license is not possible, you must buy the licenses after initial 90 days of free AP and other licenses.

If you're not afraid of trouble, you can reset the controller factory and reinitialize it to continue using the temporary license.

The best solution is to purchase licenses and services.

Hi @kazihaha,

I apologize, RTU is needed only for virtual SmartZone. Hardware appliances comes with their default RTU and you don't need to register them, however, in order to upgrade, you must buy the support entitlement.

Thank you for your feedback, but SZ100 is already EOL, this means there are no possible changes with SKUs.
