SmartZone 144 Interface scrolling

Could someone tell me why I am unable to scroll side to side on the web interface for the SmartZone 144. I have several columns set up to view but I cannot scroll to the side to see all the columns. Using Chrome in Windows 10.

Could you please confirm the SZ144 Firmware version ?

Could you also please check by enable the legacy menu on the WebUI.

Firmware 6.1.1.0.959 The use legacy is on

Please share the screen-shot from the SZ-144 WebUI.

Also please open the WebUI in other browser and try to toggle off and on the legacy menu option.

Tried in Edge, Firefox, Chrome all latest versions and toggled legacy off and on in all three still can't scroll sideways.

Hi @usd402_wireless

We are able to scroll the window side by side using the below 2 methods:
1. From the Laptop touch pad >> use 2 fingers to scroll side by side.
2. From the external mouse >> press and hold the scroll button and move side ways.

I believe you have already tried the above methods, please re-confirm.

It works using those methods but not using the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen so I guess those methods will be good.
