      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just want to share my experience with regards to Zone controller issue -&amp;nbsp; mobile device was unable to connect to a certain SSID (devices was detected as windows machine).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe some of you experience or encounter same issue/problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or all the mobile clients are having this issue?&lt;BR /&gt;What type of SSID are you connecting to? Is it is Open, WPA2, Radius SSID or Hotspot?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Along with the client connectivity troubleshooting tool result, it would be great if you can share the details which I requested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/88"&gt;@sanjay_kumar&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;No certain model, and selected mobile clients only.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;We are using SSO for WIFI SSID via Active Directory.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The said devices were able to connect previously but right now, unable to connect.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Upon checking on the controller, device was detected as windows instead of IOS or Android.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
