    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are operating about 20 physical Smartzone's at customer locations. These are 104, 124 and 144.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After many years operating we have find that the stability of the Smartzone isn't what you would expect for such a product. Especially after a reboot (scheduled, ie software update) or power outage we need cross our fingers that they start normally.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are we the only ones that have this experience with the Smartzone's? Btw, we still have a couple of ZD3000 and never have been replaced or broken down, rock solid...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your feedback and experience. Can you please elaborate what kind of issues or difficulties have been faced post reboot or software update ? Talking about power outage, Yes these can be painful as a sudden outage does cause DB corruption or device malfunction but this can happen in any vendor device sometimes.&lt;/P&gt;
