      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suddenly on Saturday, switches won't connect to VSZ from over the WAN or even on the same subnet as the control IP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTTPS and SSH are responding on the control IP with the appropriate https certificate and ssh key&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The log shows a blank error -&amp;nbsp; Apr 02 15:15:21:I:MGMT Agent: Failed to connect to network controller at 10.10.103.25 Error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any thoughts, or should I contact TAC?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jrctechnologies,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you performed any recent changes in the switch or controller ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the setup worked fine earlier ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check the compatibility matrix of firmware between controller and switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also request to check the below article.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000009311" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000009311&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide the output of "show sz status" and "show log"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sunil Acharya&lt;/P&gt;</description>
