SmartZone 104 R550 Patch

I recently installed a patch on Smartzone 104 to support R550 APs running below firmware details. Then created a Zone and moved the R550 to the new Zone. if i try to push firmware (highlighted in red) i dont get option to pick the new firmware to push to the R550. Please note that support license for this controller is out of service.

When you created the zone, what AP firmware was selected?

The only visible firmware is the default firmware 5.2.1.0.101 and not 5.2.0.0.5527.

Could you pull the controller upgrade history and share.

If controller was running on 5.2.0 in past, you may not be able to create zone with old AP patch.

While you are checking the details, please also refer the upgrade guide page #33 where AP firmware support matrix has details about what is supported and what is not.
