Getting logged out of the Web Gui on SZ

We are getting logged out of the Ruckus SZ Web Gui after 2 to 3 Minutes and sometimes we are receiving the Timed Out Messages. Any Ideas there?

Hello @abdul_basir_ras,

Are there any concurrent GUI sessions? If yes, we could expect this kind of behavior. Please help to check below settings from SZ GUI, click on admin icon on upper right corner >> Preferences. Check the idle timeout value. Increase it if necessary.

i checked the Preferences and it is 30 Minutes.

Thanks for checking @abdul_basir_ras, also help to validate multiple GUI sessions are not opened. If there is single session and getting logged out, please feel free to open a case with Support Team. We might need to investigate further to understand the behavior.

Thanks @Parik_MN. After a little bit more troubleshooting, we found out, that there were some Client problems. The Problem is solved for now. Thanks again.
