    <description>Hi Syamantak,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;We tried on both web GUI and CLI.&amp;nbsp;We have tried to update its IP Address and subnet mask but after applying the config, the services restarted but the subnet mask did not change.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;</description>

      <description>Did someone experienced this issue?&lt;BR /&gt;Currently our vSZ subnet mask is on 255.255.255.240 and we want to change this to 255.255.255.224.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This vSZ-H is in production environment. Any idea to solve this issue?</description>

      <description>Hi Jenny,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This means you are not getting any error when change the IP but post applying the setting, it is not taking the changes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are not getting any error then I will suggest to open a case with support and provide vSZ snapshot logs so that support can analyse and check why system is not taking changes (if you have multinode cluster, make sure you download logs from the vSZ where you are applying the changes).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To collect snapshot logs, go to vSZ GUI &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Application logs &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Click on "Download snapshot logs".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Syamantak Omer</description>
