      <description>yes open case with support however they are asking to reset SZ. as this is for hotel and we have around 400 AP and dont want to loose existing configuration.</description>

      <description>Hi Abhijith,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have checked the case, seems like support team asked for the config backup.&lt;BR /&gt;To reset the admin password support team needs the config backup. If we do not have the config backup, then support cannot reset the admin password.</description>
