Product difference SZ100 and SZ104

Hi,
I purchase SZ100 (P01-S104-UK00) but which i received is SZ104.
when i check the data sheet image totally different, which i received fully black color.
Its new design? but when i check google am not able to find anything like that. its look like SZ100-D

Hi Bino,

Adding a photo of front and bottom panel would help to identify the appliance.

SZ100-D looks like below.

And SZ100 looks like this.

Verify the details on product's front and reach-out to your reseller if you got wrong device delivered.

You can also check the product part number and other details on bottom panel of the appliance.

Did you purchase this from an authorized Ruckus reseller?

Could you also share the serial number.

I have never seen a black SZ104, so I may have to check internally, if new devices are coming with black cabinet.

Though, new variant of SZ100 series (SZ144) comes in Black but with latest COMMSCOPE RUCKUS logo.

yes we brought from authorized Ruckus reseller (westcon)

Serial Number # 202038000062.

I believe it's just a new design for the SZ-100. We've received several models in this black color in the front side.

Indeed its a design change because most latest SZ100 (SZ144) is also released with same color.
