SZ104 GRE Tunnel not working

Hi, I have a SmartZone 104, I want to tunnel my WLAN with RGRE but when I enable it the AP doesnt broadcast the SSID. I have checked logs and it says "610 AP tunnel disconnected, AP disconnected from data plane []. Reason: [no remote peer available]."
I have entered the VLAN ID under advanced options and enabled Tunnel traffic through ruckus GRE

Any help please?

Hi Zubair,

Did you configure SZ in dual port setting or single?

Check if AP can reach DP IP address (if it is two port setup).

I face the same problem, but in my case I have physical SZ144 Controller and R850. I used two port group layout. And I am setting up GRE tunnel for my WLANs, so all AP traffics can back to SZ over L3 connection, then users traffics will forwarded through AP tunnel controller interface to 3rd party Wireless Distribution switch.

I'm successful in setting up LBO, but in tunneling mode I found difficulties. Do I need separate license for GRE to complete this scenario?
