802.1x User Authentication From Radius AAA Server using SCG as Proxy

Hi
I have configured SSID for 802.1x authentication. Added SCG as proxy and configured AAA server for authentication.
When user enter User name and Password in Windows PC authentication fails.
From AAA side what we observe is access-request doesn't send password in the radius packet.
Any idea what could be the issue?
