URL is it free in Smartzone controller?

I'm not sure if Smartzone has a built in URL/WEB filtering already. if yes, why I have to buy an additional subscription license for URL/WEB filtering feature?

the functionally is built in, but you need an extra license to activate and use this feature.

We do L7 without requiring a license but yes the URL/Web filtering requires a license per # of APs.
This means that if you have a zone where you require URL/Web filtering, you purchase the amount required instead of the total amount of APs on the controller.

You need to cover all APs in that zone.
