got quick question about VSZ-H , is there is anyway to find the public IP address on the GUI and where to find it

System -> Cluster -> Select CP -> Configuration -> Control NAT IP

so I had my tech installed VSZ-H instance on AWS , I can see the instance is running on AWS but when I tried to access the VSZ-H GUI using private IP wasn't able to success , plus my tech is out of country

what do you think the problem is ?

The url to reach the controller is normally something like this

https://10.10.10.10:8443

Whereby 10.10.10.10 needs to be replaced with the correct IP address you are using.

yes that's exactly what I'm using , https://Public ip address :8443
