      <description>&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I have noticed that once you complete the firmware upgrade, first thing resume is ICMP. &amp;nbsp;If you can ping it, you can SSH into vsz and wait for services to be resume. &amp;nbsp;I would wait for all the services to resume before proceeding further. &amp;nbsp;30-40 mins minimum.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;when you install the .OVA file you need to run setup as Martin said. After that you can access the GUI from management IP for 3 interfaces vSZ or the vSZ IP if a single interface. Then you need to continue the configuration as create/join cluster, country, etc. After this It will take some time to install the software, and only after this step you will be able to see services on CLI.&lt;/P&gt;
