&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If you are using proxy, then you need to map cert with SZ management. For non proxy, map the cert with AP portal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Usually you can do both if you have a valid CA signed cert imported to SZ.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SSL Cert and WebAuth question</title>

      <description>&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I got a little confusion about “Web Auth” and 3rd party valid SSL cert. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I know under Certificate to Service Mapping I will map AP Portal to the cert that will get imported under “SZ as a Server Certificate”. But if the SSID is not doing the Proxy via the controller and each AP presents the portal page and uses its IP, would that cause any issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Am I missing any steps here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
