SCI 3.0 behind NAT?

Hi.

I have a question.

We have SCI behind NAT.

We have configured port-fowarding as public 5443 to private 443.

But it works bad.

SCI do redirect onto https 443 such as [https://172.16.100.208/login?redirect=https://172.16.100.208]

Why do SCI redirect on https 443?

We want to port-fowarding, but it seems SCI hate port-fowarding.

Doesn't SCI change port behind NAT such as 5443 to 443?

Plz let me know about it.

Hi Jeronimo,

Yes, there is a redirect to the login page. To enforce the private port, you could define the port number in the URL. For example, https://172.16.100.208:5443/login

Form your recommend, I try port-forwading and access http://x.x.x.x:5443/login.

It works good.

But I don't see some data such as "Status & Update" ,"Controller list under Setting", "License" and so on.

Why does it happen?

Hi Jeronimo,

You will need to open up other ports in order to see those data. Please refer to the installation guide to see the full list of ports that needs to be opened.

I have tried to open up all port related SCI except 443.

TPC 443 is mapping to 5443 onto Firewall.

I'm access using https://SCI-public-ip:5443.

But it failed and some data can't still see.

In ver. 3, SCI, it located behind NAT, I can't see everything data using port-forwarding bound other port such as "5443" to 443.
