    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Cloudpath application on the client device does have troubleshooting capabilities in it.&lt;BR /&gt;Use the “&lt;STRONG&gt;Show Log&lt;/STRONG&gt;” in the Cloudpath application to provide you with more details about any issues that the user is experiencing while enrolling in the device using Cloudpath application.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For example:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;Android client:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Tap the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;menu&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button on the top right of the screen (the three horizontal bars highlighted in the figure)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on “Show log”&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;It should be the same for Windows and MAC as well.&lt;/LI&gt;
