    <description>&lt;P&gt;When we try to import the license file to the SZ\vSZ, we get the following error:&lt;BR /&gt;"Unable to upload the controller license file. Reason:&amp;nbsp;Import license data to node [vSZ1] failed: System machine type does not match expected machine type"&lt;BR /&gt;We see a license sync error on the events page as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="sanjay_kumar_0-1699504010674.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9710iD83B69BC28343A5C/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="sanjay_kumar_0-1699504010674.png" alt="sanjay_kumar_0-1699504010674.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="sanjay_kumar_1-1699504390290.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9711iDF99E22B312E4A57/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="sanjay_kumar_1-1699504390290.png" alt="sanjay_kumar_1-1699504390290.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Root cause:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The issue could be due to existing License file on SZ got corrupted. Or&lt;BR /&gt;Controller not able to reach to the License server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Workaround:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ensure that the controller is able to ping "&lt;SPAN&gt;ruckuswireless.flexnetoperations.com" from controller CLI.&lt;BR /&gt;Try using a different browser.&lt;BR /&gt;Ensure to use the right license file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Solution:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have to delete the existing license file using the command and then re-sync the license details. This should resolve the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vSZ#config&lt;BR /&gt;vSZ(config)#license cloud enable&lt;BR /&gt;Are you sure you want to change the license server configuration? All current license data will be wipe out!! (or input 'no' to cancel)? [yes/no] yes&lt;BR /&gt;Successful operation&lt;BR /&gt;vSZ(config)#license sync-now&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
