&lt;P&gt;What is the controller and AP version that you currently are on and the WLAN type in use ? The above data shows post roaming 4 way handshake is success but a deauth is sent. We would need more debug data to further look into this. But first thing would be to make sure you are on the latest recommended SW.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The AP is a R550, version&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;7.1.1.520.830.&amp;nbsp; I get an error "Create case An Unknown error occurred. We are working to resolve the problem." when I try to submit a case.&amp;nbsp; What do you mean by WLAN type?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
