Management Console level Back-ups

Greetings all,

I was wondering if there are any tools in place to backup configurations from the R1 portal. I don't mean switch configs but rather settings on the portal itself such as Network setups etc.

I understand you want to perform a config backup on the Ruckus One Cloud. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to do so.

Understood; as end users we don't have this option. Would I be correct in assuming that is something managed on your end? Say for example a user deletes something they shouldn't or in an extreme case something goes down on your end, you would be able to restore what is lost in most cases?
