RDD 1.9 GA for new customers!

RDD 1.9 is now GA for new customers to download from the Ruckus Support Site! For existing RDD Customers there is no need to update to the new version.
Over the next few weeks, the support team will automatically update registered VMs to RDD 1.9 as part of the service.

New in RDD 1.9!

Brand-new user interface focusing on the support experience
Customers can gather logs on Ruckus equipment via RDD
Automated workflows can generate a Support Case with attached log files directly from the RDD's Web UI
Customers can trigger an RDD Self-Diagnosis of common setup and installation issues

For existing RDD customers after the upgrade to RDD 1.9 you will have the option to login to the classic or UIV2 version to access new features. Check out the RDD Support site for more information on RDD 1.9 UIV2.
