AP Direct Tunnel licenses will expire soon

Hi everyone, im concern about operation of my 1500 working ruckus APs , and I have a message from licensing dashboard that about 400 AP Direct Tunnel licenses will expire in 8 days

im using SOFT GRE in those APs using those licenses

In addition we have 593 available licenses of thta kind (AP Direct Tunnel licenses)

questions

1.-Is posible to know which APS will be affected , how can i have a list of affected APs ?

2.-The affected APs by theses expired licenses can take a new ones licenses fronm the bunch of available ones automatically o we have to doit manuallly ?

3.-Can we apply an available license to the affected APs in advanced way prior the dead line of proxim eto expire licenses date arrive ?
