Supported third party WISPr service for captive portal authentication on VSZH?

Hi, my organization runs a conference center, and we're looking to sell "premium" wifi service to some guests. From my understanding, what I need is a third party WISPr provider to do this. We have tried the internal guest access portal, but, for several reasons, that won't work for us.
We are running the VSCH with R510 access points.

Is there a recommended list of third party providers to provide this service?
If there's a better way, please let me know. Basically, we want to be able to provide vouchers to individual users so that we can limit authentication to a higher performance network.
