ZD web auth with radius session timeout problem

Customers want to re- auth within 6 days, we set the session timeout 518400 sec in the radius, set the grace period 8640 min, inactivity 500 min, but the customer still need to re-auth within 6 days, who has the relevant experience Can share? thank you!
In addition, I found in the log analysis tool a strange thing, the actual time only after less than 2 hours but the session timer does reduce the ten hours, some people know why?
