    <description>Is there a way in the SmartZone 100 controller to manually force a client toward a proxy server? &amp;nbsp;We have some bandwidth hogs and we can't block them due to policy and we can't throttle them due to old technology so I was thinking of pointing them at a web page that tells them "we're watching you so be good".</description>
