      <description>Hello, not quite enough information.&amp;nbsp; What version of SZ running on your SZ-100, and what model APs are you managing?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is your "problem", that you think this is releated to please, APs or clients disconnecting or ?&amp;nbsp; Also, where do you see this msg?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I find one Closed bug in our db, SCG-44721: SZ-100: 3.4.0.0.248 Cassandra out-of-service on node2 of 4node cluster.&lt;BR /&gt;But that bug is fixed.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Adding to my previous comment, the error mentioned on this post is either with disk issue or the SZ is unable to load the proper boot source.&lt;BR /&gt;We need to understand more details on this and go with some basic steps:&lt;BR /&gt;1. LED condition on the controller.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Complete error.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Reboot result.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Might need to reset and load the backup again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend you to open a case so that our team can assist you on this.</description>

&lt;LI alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value=""&gt;Power cycle the SZ100.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value=""&gt;Push and hold FD button (refer the diagram) for 12 seconds and release. This will factory default SZ100.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>1. Status led is blinking slowly in green. The hdd led is blinking red. When the console stop giving any to the screen the hdd led is not showing anything.&lt;BR /&gt;
3.  Nothing it just stop and not logging to login screen in console. Cannot access the web ui too.&lt;BR /&gt;
4. I don't have the backup.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
