We have 46 zf7372 APs with zd3050 and software version is 9.6.1.0 build 15. Installed 1 week ago in 12 story building in urban Chicago. Network is for Internet access through a captive portal (Nomadix). Users are complaining of low and intermittent access. The gateway router shows only 6 Mbps total from LAN to WAN. What is best configuration for performance in this case? Where should I look to troubleshoot?

There's really not much in terms of configuration (unless you changed a lot of the defaults, like TX power..). It should "just work". When it doesn't it's usually external to the WLAN...like excessive interference (are you near the "L"?...), mis-match on port speeds, firewalls, etc. I'll assume that a good site survey was done in advance, etc.
<BR /><BR />
Best bet...open a support case.
