We are IT system integrator in Singapore, my boss now considering to start selling Ruckus.

After he did some reading, he found out about this product "Partner Watchdog Support". He want to know more detail about these 2 products :

   Partner Watchdog Support - VSZ-RTU - 1 year
   Part o: S02-VSCG-1L00

   Partner Watchdog Support per SZ/(v)SZ AP - 1 year
   Part o: S01-0001-1LSG

Question1 : Do we need to purchase these 2 product if we sell ruckus products to our customer ?

Question2 : Can you provide a list of distibutor in singapore that selling ruckus products ?

In general, Partner Watchdog Support is an support contract through which End user through partner like you get access to Technical support, hardware replacement and software upgrade...

however these are optional and in absence of you/end customer not buying this will result in getting stranded for want of technical support, timely software updates and timely hardware replacement from OEM.
