topic Proper Formatting for sending CoA or PoD requests to a SmartZone 100 in To Be Moved

I am trying to determine the correct formatting for sending a RADIUS CoA (Change Of Authentication) and a PoD (Packet Of Disconnect) to a SmartZone 100 Controller. I have seen mention of needing&nbsp;the "Acct-Session-Id", "User-Name", "Calling-Station-Id" and the "NAS-IP-Address" attributes. I have tried many different iterations of the above and the controller replies with a NAK response of&nbsp;"Error-Cause = Session-Context-Not-Found". If I omit the "User-Name" attribute, then it responds with "Error-Cause = Missing-Attribute". Does anyone have any guidance as to the proper attributes?

If not, you might need to call/ask Tech Support.&nbsp; I don't know where to find this info.<BR />Give them your SZ version and what type of RADIUS server you're using.
