Problem with ruckus forum site when using safari on iOS or Mac OS Mojave or Catalina

For the past few months I've been noticing issues with the Ruckus forum site when you try to log in as a user using safari on iOS, Mojave and Catalina. Once you attempt to log in ... it says thanks you...etc. but never closes the window anymore and does not log you in. I have to use Firefox now in order to post things which I've done for a while. Is the webmaster going to fix this issue with Safari?

I am also Not able to login to this forum and other sites from Safari on my MacBook Pro updated to monterey recently.

I have tried this guide by themacios - Fix macOS 12 Monterey errors and https://www.cnet.com/tech/services-and-software/macos-monterey-was-bricking-some-laptops-thats-been-.

Any help will be appreciated.
