      <description>Do you have 2 or more R300 and this one unit is behaving differently?&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here is the link to AP 100.1 firmware User Guide:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/documents/671-indoor-access-point-100-1-0-0-194-user-guide" rel="nofollow" title="Link: https://support.ruckuswireless.com/documents/671-indoor-access-point-100-1-0-0-194-user-guide"&gt;https://support.ruckuswireless.com/documents/671-indoor-access-point-100-1-0-0-194-user-guide&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;R300 LED status meanings are on page 53.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Power = Green means your AP is up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No lights on 2.4G or 5G LEDs means the service is down.&amp;nbsp; Do you have WLANs defined for both bands?&lt;BR /&gt;If you do, the LEDs should be Amber, and when clients are connected they'll be Green.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this is helpful.</description>
