It seems like it's "soon" / "any day now" -- just wondering if there's a more accurate ETA on when the new MR is available.

We should know by tomorrow if final bug testing is completed. The Release Notes are also in final review.
I might get the green light to post ZD 9.12.2 on Monday (yes, I know it's a US holiday).

Is this still on track for Monday? Been seeing the "associated but no IP traffic" behavior almost daily on my R710, and it'd be great to be able to see if this resolves it.

Initial impressions: The update was a bit rocky. About an hour after a successful upgrade, my ZD1200 became partially unresponsive (was not responding to WebUI, though it was responding to the APs/APMgr, partly responding to SSH but hangs after attempting to log in).... There was a blinking red light on the unit. Rebooted, and that problem seems to have gone away.

It does appear to fix my connectivity loss on R710 after prolonged connectivity / standby. I've not had to toggle wifi on any of my desktops and usually by now I would. Crossing my fingers that this is resolved 🙂

Waiting to see if anyone else had the issue. I really do not feel like driving into the data center at 3am in the morning during the maintenance window when I will be doing the upgrade. Giving it a few days to see if anyone else had the issue. Michael, any feedback on your end?

Yeah... the ZD1200 hang was a bit disconcerting. Since it didn't respond via CLI I would've had no way to remotely reboot it. Seems like if it's smart enough to blink a red light, it should've been smart enough to reboot itself too.

FWIW, it took almost an hour *after* the upgrade before my unresponsiveness happened... Initially after upgrade it looked like everything was going well. And then an hour later I tried logging into the ZD again and realized I couldn't.

At the remote locations we have a UPS with power control but in the data center the backup power is from their own grid. I can always have the hands on person restart it and pray if necessary. Guess I know where I will be Monday morning at 3am. Start the upgrade and by 4am know if I have to head in.

Not aware of any previous problem reports. Best advice is to contact Tech Support and provide a copy of your ZD debug for analysis.
