I'm assuming you bought the unit used.

If it is not an OEM or Carrier version, you can hard-reset the unit. Instructions are here https://support.ruckuswireless.com/do....

If it's an OEM version the login info may be printed on the device itself. If not, there is no recovery as Ruckus does not have the login information. If you purchased it from a service provider or carrier, contacting them may be of help.
