Hi Jeronimo,

RTA is called "Remote TAC Agent", formerly "RDD Field Edition" (RDD-FE).

It is tool related to Ruckus Diagnostics Dashboard (RDD).

It is a laptop package (Windows OS) of RDD OVA with wizard to onboard a device and workflows to gather logs.
