Using 5 Ruckus R310 unleased.
Desktop can connect to AP and can access Internet.
Mobile phone can establish Wifi connection with the Ruckus AP.
Under Ruckus admin portal, under Clients, the MAC address and the IP address can be shown, but the hostname and the OS (Android or iOS) are missing.
By turning off and turning on the mobile Wifi (re-establish Wifi connection), the problem was resolved and the mobile can establish Internet connection.

The reason behind this problem is Wii Error Code 51330 and if you don't know how to solve then it's really blundering for you. Because sometimes if the WiFi not properly set up then kind of problem occurs. And you need to solve the problem very carefully otherwise the driver may get uninstalled automatically.
